Peanut Butter Kisses

Easiest. Recipe. Ever. Like your 6 year old could make it on their own, provided they can safely put the sheet of cookies in the oven. Ok, maybe you'll want to help them with that one. Here's what you need:

2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
1 1/4 Cups White Sugar
2 Eggs
40-50 Hershey's Kisses (I like Dark Chocolate, go the milk route if you feel so inclined)

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Farenheit.

Mix Peanut Butter, Sugar and Eggs until smooth. No mixer necessary, I just used a spatula to stir. Batter will be thick. Wet hands and roll batter into tablespoon-sized balls. Place on baking sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes until cookies appear dry and slightly cracked on top.

While cookies are baking, unwrap chocolate kisses, one per cookie. Store unwrapped kisses in refrigerator while cookies finish. Oh, and eat a couple of the extra kisses. For good measure.

Remove cookies from oven and immediately press one kiss into the center of each cookie. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to complete cooling.

Yeah, you're done already. I know, you feel like there should be more to baking, but with these suckers, there ain't. Now go eat 'em.

Or you can use the Betty Crocker Peanut Butter dough. The pouch kind. Just roll it in sugar once balled, cook, top with kisses. or rolos. or hershey's bliss bars. mmmm
